-Based on your child's age and ability level, they will be placed in the appropriate class. Age is a consideration, but please understand that all children learn at different paces, so we make decisions based on ability. This is done so your child will excel, as well as build upon their individual skills.
-In order for your child to move to the next level, they will need to demonstrate the ability to perform the curriculum at their current level and with teacher recommendation.
-We reserve the right to move your child up or down levels during the first half of the year, based on a dancer's progression of ability level. No changes in class level will be done after January 1st.
-Tuition is due on the 20th of each month September (due with registration) - June. Tuition is calculated on 35 weeks and broken into payments over 10 months. Monthly tuition is processed automatically on the 20th of the month to a credit card that you put on file with Evolution Dance Center. If you prefer your card not to be automatically charged on any given month, you may pay with cash or credit card at the studio, PRIOR TO THE 20th of the month! We do not accept checks.
Failure to pay tuition by the 25th of each month, will result in a $25 late fee.
-Any payments resulting in NSF (non-sufficient funds), declined credit card, expired credit card, returned check, etc., will incur a $25 Service Charge. It is your responsibility to update your information with the studio if it changes.
-If you owe more than 2 months tuition, your child will not be allowed to participate in class, rehearsals, or performances until payment arrangements have been made. This policy is not set forth to punish the child, but to ensure the payment of services that have been rendered.
-All monies paid are non-refundable. If at any point you terminate enrollment at Evolution Dance Center, you need to submit a written notice 30 days before cancellation. You are responsible for tuition up to the last day of enrollment. If you do not submit a 30 - day notice, you are still responsible for tuition until one is given and / or the 30 days is up.
-After April 1st we will not accept any 30 - day notices for withdrawal from classes. In order for our studio to attract and retain a professional & committed teaching staff, our teachers need students who are committed to dance classes through the end of the school year.

-Attendance is very important. In order for your child to get the most out of their dance education it is important that they are on time and have minimal absences.
-It is important to be in classes when choreography for the Holiday show and recital is being taught, so your child will be prepared and confident.
-If you miss a class, you can schedule a make-up class. Please see the owner to schedule.
-If you know of a planned absence in advance, please let the teacher know or call the studio, so the teacher can plan accordingly.
-Please do not bring your child to class if he / she is sick! Please call the studio and let us know of your child's absence.
-Please do not bring your child to class if they have a fever or throwing up. Like school policies, a child must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to class. IF YOUR CHILD DID NOT ATTEND SCHOOL, DO NOT BRING THEM TO THE STUDIO!
- We have a strict COVID-19 policy. If you have been exposed or test positive, please notify the front office and do not come to class.
-You can make up any missed classes due to illness. Please see the owner to schedule a make-up class.
-Evolution Dance Center reserves the right to refuse business to anyone.
-The studio reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of a child for any of the following:
-Non payment or excessive late
-Not observing studio policies.
-Physical and/or verbal abuse of
staff or children, by parent or
-Please refrain from using your cell phones in the lobby.
-Only students and staff allowed in studio rooms. Please do not interrupt classes. See the office for any emergencies.
-Please do not try to talk to teachers in between classes, as they usually are starting another class after your child's class is ending. Call or email us with anything you wish to discuss.
-No pets allowed inside the studio.
-Please pick up after your child in the toy area.
-No dance shoes are to be worn outside the studio.
-No street shoes inside the studio rooms.
